Reiki Level I
Class includes its history, how it works, how to use it, its relation to the endocrine system (the chakras), self-Reiki treatment, and traditional protocol for the treatment of others.
Reiki Level II
Participants will learn the symbols, their meanings and their functions. Long-distance healing methods will be shared, and individuals will participate in a long-distance healing session as well as giving and receiving Reiki treatments to each other. Level II covers long-distance healing as well as deeper work on self and others. Symbols are not a necessity when laying hands, though they are taught in class in.
Reiki III – Master Level
Student becomes a Certified Reiki Master Healer upon completion of this class. During this half-day class, students master symbol. In this level, you are encouraged to develop a stronger connection to Holy Spirit and Higher Self. Small class setting allows each person to receive more individualized attention.
Reflexology Basics
Reflexology Basics teaches you how to give professional reflexology sessions after just one weekend! Reflexology is a non-invasive, clothed therapy; participants learn the foot reflex points that correspond to major organs, glands and body parts. Pressure applied to these points can produce deep relaxation, alleviate pain, improve mood, move stagnant energy and improve circulation. We share the history of reflexology, terminology, foot anatomy, reflex-body correlations and technique, basic warm-up protocol, assessment and a general therapeutic approach. This is a 2-day, weekend class.
Lisa formerly taught the medical staff at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center and Banner Gateway Medical Center Gilbert. Additionally, Lisa taught Reiki, Reflexology and Massage classes at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for over 8 years; served as Lead Presenter at SWIHA’s Gift’s and Graces, which drew over 195 guests; was a Guest Master Instructor at the Aveda Institute Phoenix; was a featured instructor and panelist at the national Reiki Share 2013; and was a presenter at True Foods and Juby True summer health series in Scottsdale, AZ.

*Class & Cancellation Policy: All classes and workshops offered by Soul to Soul require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Final amount is due the day of your class(es). Should you cancel your class(es), you agree to entirely forfeit the deposit. We also require a signed written contract with your deposit, which we will provide.
